Payments

Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase — provided the course has not been completed and no certificate has been issued.
If you are not satisfied with the course or are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact us within this 14-day window. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Waiver of 14-Day Right to Cancel for Digital Content
By purchasing any of our digital products or courses, you acknowledge that:
You are receiving immediate access to digital content.
You expressly consent to begin the course immediately.
You waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
This means that once access to the course has been granted, you are no longer eligible for a refund, even within 14 days, unless technical issues prevent access.

You have not received a certificate of completion.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests if we determine that the course has been accessed significantly or completed.
Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are non-refundable:
Courses purchased beyond the 14-day refund period
Courses that have been completed or mostly completed
Courses where a certificate of completion has been issued
Purchases made using discount or promotional codes
Failure to read or understand the course content before purchasing
Support First Requirement
If you are experiencing issues with the course, you must first contact us for assistance. We will do our best to resolve any technical or content-related concerns. Refund requests made without seeking support first may be denied.
Disputes

Taxes
